Sending and tracking quotes

Once the quote builder ships, every quote will move through a tracked lifecycle — draft, sent, viewed, accepted — recorded automatically as an activity event, so you know exactly when to follow up without having to ask the customer.

Customers will be able to view a quote on any device and accept it with one click. Sent quote versions are designed to be immutable — once a quote has been sent, its terms can't quietly change underneath the customer looking at it.
