Terms of Service

Last updated 30 July 2026

These terms cover your use of QuoteASAP. QuoteASAP is currently in early access — these terms are deliberately written in plain language and will be reviewed properly before general launch, but they reflect the real, current pricing and cancellation rules rather than generic placeholder text.

The service

QuoteASAP lets you build, send, track and get acceptance on professional quotes for your customers. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you're creating an organisation, on behalf of that organisation.

Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • You must be at least 18 to create an account.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the quotes and content you send through QuoteASAP.
  • If you invite team members, you're responsible for their use of your organisation's account.

Trial, plans and billing

Every account gets a 14-day free trial with no card required. After the trial (or if you cancel a paid subscription), your account becomes read-only: any quotes you've already sent stay available to your customers, but you can't create or send new quotes until you subscribe or reactivate.

Founder pricing is available to the first 250 paying customers and stays locked in for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and come back later, you may rejoin at the then-current standard price. Full current pricing is on our Pricing page.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn't delete your data (see our Privacy Policy for how long we keep it).

Acceptable use

Don't use QuoteASAP to:

  • Send quotes or content that's fraudulent, misleading, or that you don't have the right to send
  • Try to break, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service
  • Resell or white-label the service without our agreement

Ownership

You own the content of the quotes you create — your branding, prices and customer details. We own the QuoteASAP software and platform itself.

Service availability

We aim to keep QuoteASAP reliably available and publish real status information on our Status page, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free — it's an early-access product.

Liability

QuoteASAP is provided as-is during early access. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (for example, liability for fraud).

Ending an account

We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. You can close your own account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
